Kids Health

Kids are our precious baby, of course we always want the keep fit and healthy. All parents should be more careful about kids healty because in they age, kids more easily hurt because of his endurance.

Some steps parents must take for they health is take care of they meals, you can make A homemade smoothie is an easy way to serve your child at least one serving of fruits, vegetables, and calcium every day.
- Eat a variety of foods, because if kids eat different foods,  more likely to get the nutrients your body needs. Taste new foods and old ones you haven't tried for a while. Some foods, such as green veggies, are more pleasing the older you get. Shoot for at least five servings of fruits and vegetables a day — two fruits and three vegetables.
 
- Drink healthy, It is important to watch what they drink. Encourage them lots of water. Include it in their routine such as when getting up or before bedtime. Teach them to avoid sodas, instead encourage them to drink water. Of course they can consume chocolate drinks or juices, just make sure they don't drink them very often.


- Sports, please make them doing like exercise to make they body active. as we know  kids love to have fun. Limit time on watching television or play online games. Although these should not be totally banned in their activities, try to promote outdoor or play physical activities.

- Rest Time, Sleep and rest are necessary for growth and development. It is a way of relaxing your body and mind. Make sure they get enough sleep. Don't let them stay out late at night or keeping them play video game at the rest time.
So keep them healthy, because the most valuable in the world is waching our kids groow healthy ;)
