Perfect diets its not always about weight loss, but is about how to make your body keep health. Helath mean our body in excelent condition, the problem is how we can maintain that??
What we eat and how much and how long we do exercise is the most common problem for many people, but if we can understand the perfect diets, we can eat anything as long you had balance with your exercise.
do not expecting a perfect body with eat a lot and we dont get exerchise we will that body, well i think you will get disiase like cholesterol, heart etc.
Its just a simple way to get a perfect diet just try to learn about balance system, what we eat is equal with how long we take exercise to minimize the bad cholesterol, acids and other components that can affect our system and the overall body.
